**Your new company**
Your new organisation is a leading manufacturing organisation with headquarters located in the south-eastern suburbs. A rare opportunity has become available to join the close-knit HR team as a Human Resources Business Partner with a focus on ER/IR.

**Your new role**
Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, your new role will see you manage a variety of Business Partnering responsibilities, with a key focus on employment and industrial relations. This will include:

- Investigating and providing advice on legislative and industrial agreement issues, policies and procedures
- Providing advice, recommendations and support on workplace relations issues
- Overseeing the injury management and return-to-work program
- Liaising with unions and take the lead on negotiations for new agreements
- Supporting the career development and management of one staff member
- Involvement in the wider HR team’s functioning and serving as a contract for employees for HR-related matters

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Business Partnering experience within a unionised environment
- Exposure to injury management (not required to have lead programs)
- Exposure to negotiations of new agreements with the view to lead the process in the future OR experience leading these processes previously
- Ability to consult, advise and influence internal stakeholders
