**About the Role**

Are you an organised, proactive and customer-focused professional looking to make a meaningful impact in your local community? The City of Stirling is seeking a Business Support Officer to join our Infrastructure Directorate and provide high-level administrative, financial and customer service support.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll support the efficient operation of the Infrastructure Directorate by:

- Providing day-to-day administration, financial and customer service support to the Infrastructure Business Units.
- Coordinating meetings, events, and documentation
- Managing records, databases, and compliance requirements
- Assisting with financial processes including invoice handling and budget monitoring
- Supporting internal stakeholders and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

**What You’ll Bring**

We’re looking for someone with:

- A diploma-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in financial processing and customer service
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a diverse team
- A current National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
