About the Role

We are seeking two highly experienced SIL Team Leaders to join our growing team—one based north of the river and the other based south / east of Perth.

This fulltime, permanent role involves working across a rotating roster, with full availability required for morning, afternoon, and night shifts. You will also have some office-based responsibilities requiring you to work from our head office location at Stirling including- support planning, compliance, and team leadership tasks.

As a SIL Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and support teams of disability support workers across SIL homes.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and all regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor support workers, oversee training, and monitor staff performance.
  • Support the delivery of complex and high-intensity care.
  • Build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
  • Extensive experience in Supported Independent Living or residential disability services.
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams of support workers.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or Leadership & Management (or higher).
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and driver's licence.
