**Finance Business Partner**

**Location**: Stirling, Western Australia
**Type**: Maximum Term Full-Time - 12 Months
**Salary**: From $112,630 p.a. + super dependant on experience

Finance Services plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and service excellence.

**What You’ll Do**
- Partner with directorates to deliver accurate, timely financial insights
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with strategic goals
- Provide high-quality analysis to support business planning and performance
- Develop financial models and KPIs to drive resource optimisation
- Present complex financial data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Support statutory reporting and long-term financial planning

**About You**
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, collaborative, and passionate about public sector finance. You’ll ideally bring:

- A degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- Progression toward CPA/CA membership
- Strong business analysis and communication skills
- Experience in management accounting and budgeting
- Knowledge of local government finance (desirable)
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., Finance One)
