**_ Sales Coordinator | SHERIDAN _**

**_We have an exciting opportunity that has become available within our Sheridan Wholesale team as a Sales Coordinator_**
- This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to our wholesale team and cross functional teams within the Sheridan business. You will also build relationships with key wholesale partners and our team of agents. You will utilise your strong administration and analytical skills in a role that supports the wholesale team and wholesale partners to maximise sales._

**_Your new role at Sheridan..._**
- _Data collating and sales analysis for our wholesale teams, agents, and external partners_
- _Maintain data integrity on all excel wholesale reports_
- _Work with internal team to collate information for submission of samples, product descriptions and imagery to our wholesalers and agents ahead of schedule_
- _Delivery order maintenance for account customers, cash sales and agents, including seasonal and replenishment orders and maintaining and uploading bulk orders_
- _Maintenance of NuORDER Campaign Management - Customer, Brand, Event Catalogues (Product/Customer)_
- General seasonal order placement and order consolidation.

**_What experience you can bring to us?_**
- Previous experience in an administrative role that focuses on achieving deadlines and overseeing process
- Experience in sales administration and/or customer service
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Solutions driven and task focused attitude
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
