**Content & Trading Manager - Sheridan eCommerce**

As our **Content & Trading Champion, reporting to the Trading Manager**, you’ll drive the performance of our Sheridan websites by optimising the end-to-end site trading and content strategy.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Manage day-to-day eCommerce trading activity across Sheridan’s websites to deliver strong **sales**, **margin**, and **conversion** results.
- Support the development and delivery of engaging site content and merchandising plans that balance commercial performance with brand consistency..
- Oversee product presentation — ensuring copy, imagery, SEO, and on-site merchandising are accurate, cohesive, and optimised.
- Monitor site performance and contribute to regular reporting and analysis to identify trading opportunities.
- Coordinate and guide the **eCommerce trading and content** team to ensure smooth execution of BAU activity, campaigns, and product launches.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Solid **retail and digital trading experience** in an eCommerce environment.
- A **commercially minded**approach with a strong understanding of online performance drivers
- Experienced in **online merchandising**, and **on-site optimisation**.
- Proficient in **data analysis** and deriving actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with **website content tools** and **HTML/CSS** for page building.
- Strong **Excel skills** (V-lookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Ability to **lead cross-functional teams**, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes.
- Excellent **communication and stakeholder management** skills.
- A natural **people leader** who can inspire, coach, and elevate others.
