Your new role at Sheridan
This is a fixed term opportunity, you will be the Retail Communications Coordinator for Sheridan, based in our beautiful Pyrmont Head Office.
The core objective of the role is to support the functions within Retail Operations and Communications. You will partner with the Retail Operations Team to deliver all company communications to the retail team relating to operations such as; World Manager tools and system updates, Weekly Newsletter, Ship From Store, promotional activity & general operational comms.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Supports Retail Operations Manager with coordination of meetings, national conferences, training events, travel when required
- Maintains relationship with HAA and Retail IT system providers, in relation to system support & enhancements
- Generates weekly newsletter and distributes publications to retail network in a timely manner and occasional ownership in content writing
- Manages retail service desk and enquiries
- Controls communication workflow from head office to stores
- Retail and SOX Compliance
- New store openings
- Key relationships with external National Service providers

What level of experience will I need?
- Strong administration and/or coordination experience within a large organisation
- Experience in a national retailer highly desirable
- Extensive retail experience at a senior level
- Aptitude for process orientated thinking
- Strong time and priority management skills
- Strong computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment
- Strong attention to detail
- A commitment to providing top level customer service to both internal and external customers
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Broad communication skills and building effective teams
