Content & Trading Manager – Sheridan eCommerce

As our Content & Trading Champion, reporting to the Trading Manager, you'll drive the performance of our Sheridan websites by optimising the end-to-end site trading and content strategy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage day-to-day eCommerce trading activity across Sheridan's websites to deliver strong sales, margin, and conversion results.
  • Support the development and delivery of engaging site content and merchandising plans that balance commercial performance with brand consistency..
  • Oversee product presentation — ensuring copy, imagery, SEO, and on-site merchandising are accurate, cohesive, and optimised.
  • Monitor site performance and contribute to regular reporting and analysis to identify trading opportunities.
  • Coordinate and guide the eCommerce trading and content team to ensure smooth execution of BAU activity, campaigns, and product launches.

What you'll bring:

  • Solid retail and digital trading experience in an eCommerce environment.
  • A commercially minded approach with a strong understanding of online performance drivers
  • Experienced in online merchandising, and on-site optimisation.
  • Proficient in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with website content tools and HTML/CSS for page building.
  • Strong Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A natural people leader who can inspire, coach, and elevate others.
