We are currently looking for a full time Accounting Assistant to join our team at our South Hurstville office. This is a real opportunity for a driven individual to forge a new career path in the Administration field, lots of growth opportunities, training and future career advancement.

**Your Duties will include**:

- Book keeping with the Xero suite, including payroll and monthly BAS
- Accounting entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable etc
- Backup to the Office manager and admin team
- Assist in data cleanup for our various channels

**You will need**:

- eagerness to learn new skills and programs with a desire to resolve problems in a fast paced environment
- excellent organisational and Time management skills
- Have strong CSV skills and good Google Suite knowledge
- Ability to ensure tasks completed to a high standard without the necessity for constant supervision and reminders
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Have a high level of personal initiative and Self-Motivation.
- 1 year experience in book keeping duties using Xero such as Payroll and BAS is desirable.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- South Hurstville, Sydney, 2221: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Australia Location: In person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
