Accounting and Taxation Centre is looking for a reliable and motivated Office Assistant / Assistant Accountant to join our friendly team on-site at our Northern Beaches office.

About the Role

As an Office Assistant / Assistant Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

General office and admin support

Data entry and transaction processing

Assisting with account reconciliations and financial reports

Supporting BAS and tax return preparation

Communicating with clients and internal staff

Maintaining accurate records and filing systems


What We're Looking For

Experience in an accounting or office support role

Proficiency with Xero, MYOB, or similar software

Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills

Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
