Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for creativity and community engagement? Edge Early Learning is a values-driven organisation with community, wellbeing and leadership at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our close-knit team on a fixed term basis, covering a period of maternity leave until January 2026. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in local area and digital/social media marketing, especially in multi-site organisations in sectors such as Aged Care, Health, or Education.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience working for a multi-site company is highly advantageous. Familiarity with sectors like Aged Care, Health, or Education will give you valuable insights into Local Area Marketing initiatives.
- We prioritise collaboration, a positive and proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to curate engaging photo and video content for our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Empowering our centres to drive enquiries and boost occupancy through effective Local Area Marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with the graphic design team to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring our brand shines.
- Leading organic social media management, including developing and executing content plans, engaging with online communities, and growing our social presence across platforms.
- Managing our internal marketing platform and maintaining accurate information for individual centres across websites and online listings.
- Filming engaging content by capturing video footage at our centres to showcase the vibrant learning environments and experiences we offer.
- Travelling to centres, including occasional interstate trips, to support Centre Directors in person and gather content for marketing initiatives.
