Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator role supports our marketing team and dynamic business environment.

You will be part of the marketing team in our growing organisation that provides diagnostic pathology, medical research, innovative laboratory equipment solutions, and surgical solutions to customers throughout Australia and New Zealand.

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will support all marketing initiatives with a focus on our events strategy for a B2B target market.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
- Coordinate and manage the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, EDMs, presentations, and sales support materials.
- Manage the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other industry events, including logistics, booth setup, lead generation, and staffing coordination.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation.
- Support the coordination of key marketing projects, such as product launches and promotional campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather marketing requirements and coordinate the creation of marketing materials.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Marketing professional or similar experience
- Experience in event management
- Graphic design skills, including proven proficiency with Adobe (e.g. Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with EDMs (Pardot), social media, SEO, and video production
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
- Highly motivated and proactive, with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
