**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator specializing in Events to join our dynamic team at Guiding Generation. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing marketing events and promotional activities aimed at showcasing our personalized learning platform and expanding our presence in the education market. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a wide range of marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events, including workshops, webinars, conferences, and community outreach programs, to promote Guiding Generation's personalized learning platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies, promotional materials, and messaging that effectively communicate Guiding Generation's value proposition.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, travel arrangements, and budget tracking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event participants, vendors, and partners, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns to drive awareness and engagement with Guiding Generation's platform.
- Monitor and analyze event performance metrics and feedback to inform future event planning and marketing strategies.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and organizing files.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
