Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This exciting role blends creative execution with marketing coordination, with a strong focus on marketing support activities. The successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to balance creativity with strong organisational skills to support campaigns across multiple brands in our dealership group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing
    : Assemble, schedule, and send EDMs within our marketing automation platform using assets provided by the agency.
  • Web & Landing Pages
    : Create and update landing pages and websites to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Media Planning
    : Use Excel to track, organise, and report on marketing performance and budgets when needed.
  • Campaign Support
    : Assist in the planning and coordination of media plans, press ads, events, activations, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Supplier Coordination
    : Liaise with external vendors, manage orders for marketing materials, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Admin Support
    : Provide occasional administrative assistance, including processing POs and invoices.
  • Graphic Design Editing Skills
    : Not a must but highly desirable: Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing/Advertising
  • Experience with Email Marketing platforms and website content management systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skills in Excel for data management and reporting are highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • Flexibility to support events, activations, and campaign deadlines when required.
