You'll be the go-to person for everything marketing ops — coordinating campaigns, proofing creative, managing requests, and making sure every Partner gets a 10/10 marketing experience. If you're organised, proactive, and love bringing creative ideas to life, this is your moment.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end marketing process — from request to delivery.
  • Manage marketing briefs, quotes, invoices, and approvals with precision.
  • Keep every project on track and make sure deadlines are smashed.
  • Proof, check, and deliver marketing assets that make our Partners look amazing.
  • Coordinate ordering, invoicing, and payment for all marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with Partnership Success Managers on strategy docs, presentations, and campaign materials.
  • Support digital initiatives — from website updates to campaign tracking setup.
  • Contribute to marketing performance reports and help drive smarter decisions.
  • Be the communication bridge between our marketing, design, and partnerships teams.

What You Bring

  • A sharp eye for detail and a love for organisation.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Experience in marketing coordination, admin, or project management.
  • Confidence using digital tools (HubSpot, Google Suite, CMS, etc).
  • A "get it done" attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
