Hotel Grand Chancellor Melbourne is a busy boutique style upscale hotel of 160 rooms in the Melbourne CBD. Our team members are dedicated and passionate and we have an exciting opportunity for a full time permanent **Reservations Agent** to join us.

**About the position**:
It is rare to find an opportunity like this, in the industry, being offered on a permanent full-time basis, providing you with job security and working from Monday to Friday

You will work alongside knowledgeable and experienced professionals that will support your career growth and provide ongoing training and support. The team's number one drive is to fill the hotel, every night at the best possible rate, whilst always delivering excellent customer service.

**To succeed in this position, you will have**:

- Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask, whilst maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Completely customer focused, with superior customer service skills.
- Strong administrative skills, including computer proficiency.
- Ability to think quick and problem solve on the fly.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office is preferred but not essential.
