The Role

Based at the award-winning 5-star Pan Pacific Melbourne (in the heart of South Wharf), we are seeking an enthusiastic & passionate Reservations Agent to join our diverse & unique hotel on a permanent Full-Time (Monday - Saturday) basis.

  • Handle all accommodation bookings and inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
  • Accurately input reservations into the property management system (PMS).
  • Maximise room occupancy and revenue through effective selling techniques.
  • Review daily reports to ensure reservations are accurate and follow up as needed (e.g., no-shows & cancellations).
  • Provide guests with accurate information regarding room types, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to tailor guest experiences.
  • Follow up on special requests and ensure seamless communication between departments.
Talent Profile

Ideally You Will Have

  • Experience executing reservations for 4 or 5-star properties.
  • Opera PMS, Opera Reservations, and Siteminder experience (preferred).
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Experience managing key customer relationships.
