We are looking for a full time Reservations Agent to join our team. The successful person will be able to provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, cancellations and Hotel information.

**KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to liaise closely with all the relevant Sales, Revenue Team, Reservations and Front Office members on a daily basis
- Handle and process reservations and telephone enquiries
- Be detail oriented and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Be positive and engaging
- Enjoy working in a high tempo environment

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE**:

- Prior 1-2 years' experience in a 4/5 star corporate hotel
- Detailed knowledge of reservations systems including channel management software
- Be available to work Tuesday to Saturday each week
- Excellent communications and work flow management skills
- Minimum two years in a service position or reservations position preferably at a 4 star Hotel
- Ability to clearly communicate in English both verbal and written
- Must possess gracious people and sales skills, and have a positive personality

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
