In Australia, Pan Pacific Hotels Group operates six hotels with three based in Melbourne including PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport, Pan Pacific Melbourne and PARKROYAL Monash.

This role is primarily based at PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport, which is conveniently located adjacent to Melbourne Airport. Featuring 276 guest accommodation rooms, over 1000 square metres of conferencing space and the Airo Restaurant & Bar, PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is the perfect landing place.

We are currently looking for an experienced, energetic, and supportive Reservations Agent to join our friendly Reservations team on a permanent Full-Time (Monday-Friday) basis.

The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, be a fantastic communicator, and be a natural team player who has the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of attention to detail under pressure.

The Role:

- Report to the Director of Revenue Management
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with guests and internal team members/departments
- Monitor the daily operations of the Reservations Department
- Review and compile reports (daily and monthly)
- Establish pick up trends, occupancy history, and market segment development to facilitate accurate forecasting
- Control rooms inventory including allotments, groups and individual reservations, to deliver maximum RevPAR

Ideally you will have:

- Experience executing the reservations function for 4 or 5 star properties
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Diploma or higher from a recognised hospitality or tertiary institution
- Proven track record in leading and developing teams
- Opera PMS, Opera Reservations, and Siteminder experience (preferred)

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
