Seeking an experienced **Project Coordinator **with strong organizational skills to join a leading supplier of electrical solutions in Rydalmere.

You will provide administrative support to internal & external stakeholders ensuring the successful delivery of project orders, post engineering and design approval.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Create and process production orders into ERP system (SAP)
- Determine and prepare job schedules in line with customer requirement
- Create materials, allocate parts & price to that material
- Schedule, plan and follow up to ensure on time delivery
- Provide sales and administration support to the estimating and sales team
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure effective customer service
- Handles customer complaints in the first instance and escalates where required
- Raise credits/claims/returns/faulty requests upon requirement
- Seek quotes for transport & book transport
- Complete invoicing and provide to customer upon completion

**The successful applicant;**
- 2+ yrs experience in similar role
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Highly proficient data entry skills
- Ability to multi task and manage work well under pressure
- Experience in working with tools like excel
- Experience working with a mainstream ERP & CRM system, e.g. SAP
- Experience working in a project related business highly desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rydalmere, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Project coordination: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
