Talent Focus are currently working with a leading non-for-profit organisation to help find them their next People and Culture Team Lead. This an opportunity not to be missed.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a
**People and Culture Operations Lead**, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced P&C Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Advisors and generalist administrators across the clients organisation in QLD.

Duties include (but are not limited too):

- Complete strategic projects P & C team
- IR HR Advice utilising awards and EB agreements
- Oversee the management of employee relations including complex case management;
- Support the HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Teams Executive Leader, People and Culture with matters relating to Enterprise Bargaining Agreements development and negotiations with unions as required;
- Negotiation of PSA agreements and Advertising Platforms
- Performance Management and annual performance reviews
- Assist with the development and management of HR business metrics and board report data as required
- Liaise with payroll to track staff movements within business and changes of terms and conditions of employment
- Oversee area costs ensuring management of P & C Operations wages and activities are aligned to budget

**ABOUT YOU**
- 4 years’ experience as P&C Business Partner Team Leader
- 4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
- Degree qualifications in Human Resource Management or similar
- Strong understanding of current HR and IR legislative regulations
- Project management experience
- Extensive experience with complex ER / Fair Work case management
- Strong analytical and strategic skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High Attention to deatail
- Positive Notice Blue Card; or willingness to obtain
