**About the Role**
Joining MOCO Food Services as the Head of People and Culture, you will work closely with the executive leadership team to align the people strategy with the overall strategic direction of the organisation. Leading a high-performing team of Human Resources professionals, you will role model leadership behaviours which create an exceptional culture of high-performance and engagement in alignment with the organisation’s core values. You will be responsible for delivering an annual People and Culture plan which ensures the business remains compliant and upholds standards aligned with contemporary best-practice and move MOCO forward as an employer of choice in the market. As you build robust relationships across the business, you will work to deliver a range of projects and initiatives which operationalise the broader people and culture strategy.

You will also:

- Provide coaching and leadership around key initiatives on the People and Culture agenda and facilitate streamlined integration of processes into the organisation.
- Lead by example as you design and implement initiatives focusing on succession planning, recruitment and selection, wellbeing programs and development pathways to create a strong culture of high performance.
- Ensure the exceptional management of people and safety across the entire organisation to ensure legislative and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the development of processes and procedures to ensure robust, efficient systems are in place.

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will be an exceptional leader with a strong commercial business acumen and the capability to influence and create effective outcomes through the strengthening of the People and Culture function. You will be confident in your ability to learn a business efficiently and create meaningful professional relationships and embody the MOCO values. You will be capable of coaching leaders to uplift their capability and drive outcomes which align with the strategic direction of the organisation. Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment driven to deliver strong commercial outcomes, you will display agility in your ability to transition focus across several key priorities and meet deadlines. Your passion for the MOCO business will be evident in your commitment to continuously improve and streamline processes and procedures to create an exceptional employee experience.

You will also bring:

- Previous experience in a similar role and experience working with mixed blue-and-white collar workforces.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Industrial Relations including working with Modern Awards and negotiation of Enterprise Agreements.
- Previous experience in technical implementation of HRIS systems.
- Strong stakeholder management at a senior leadership / executive level.
- High energy and enthusiasm to your work as you lead a highly engaged People & Culture team.
