We are looking for a passionate Lead People and Culture Business Partner to lead our operational P&C team, supporting our Australian business.
About the Role
The Lead People & Culture Business Partner is a permanent, full time role.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Operations, you will lead the provision of effective operational People & Culture support and business partnering to Cromwell’s Australian team. You will provide strong leadership to the P&C operations team and act as a senior/lead within the broader P&C team, contribute to the development of the broader P&C strategy and ensure the operations team is alignment with the broader strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Actively support the execution of P&C strategies, particularly in the operational space.- Coaching, advice and support to People Leaders within the people management matters pertaining to the full employment lifecycle.- Managing compliant performance and non-performance processes, including terminations, to ensure the most effective utilisation of human resources.- Ensuring the Australian business has the resources it requires by effectively managing the recruitment and selection process and budget.- Building and maintaining strong working relationships and rapport with key stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor in the delivery of high quality, well aligned and reliable recruitment services.- Collaborating with payroll to ensure the accurate provision of the Australian payroll.- Leading and participating in P&C projects as required.
