**About the Role**:
Join our Central Operations team, working closely with our Senior WHS Manager and Wellboat Managers. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our safety system, ensuring compliance, and supporting incident management and investigations. This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

**Daily Requirements**:

- ** Time on Water**:Spend at least 30% of your time on the water.
- ** Compliance**:Facilitate WHS hazard identification, risk assessments (JSA), risk control, and other safety-related tasks.
- ** Investigations**:Support the onsite team with timely reporting of incidents and injuries, and conduct subsequent incident investigations.
- ** Stakeholder Support**:Assist site leadership groups in achieving a physically and psychologically safe work environment.
- ** Contractor Management**:Aid in the effective WHS management of contractors.

**Required & Desired Skills**:

- WHS Cert IV (or willingness to obtain)
- Coxswains NC2 (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Previous aquaculture experience
