**To be successful, you will have**:

- Demonstrated Experience in a similar role
- Trade qualifications are highly preferred (chippie, boilermaker etc)
- Can do attitude and willingness to learn
- Forklift Ticket preferred but not essential
- Own licence and transport
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Physically fit
- essential
- The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment without compromising on safety, quality or service delivery
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Upkeep and general maintenance of buildings on site including ceilings, light installation and maintenance
- Property inspections and rectification of relevant facilities repairs
- Line marking, guard rail and fence maintenance
- Welding experience preferred but not essential
- Able to liaise with external organisations for quotes, and sourcing of parts required
- Maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness in work areas
- Ensuring all practices are to OHS standards
- Maintenance as where required in the yard
- General Handyman skills as where required
- Facilities maintenance as per required
