Join Dunnings Fuel, a trusted and long-established family-owned fuel distributor serving Western Australia for over 60 years. We are currently seeking a highly organised and experienced Fuel Logistics Scheduler to manage and coordinate daily fuel delivery operations across WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate bulk fuel deliveries to a range of customers across WA
  • Allocate and dispatch fleet resources to meet daily service and compliance requirements
  • Monitor driver hours, fatigue compliance, and journey planning
  • Manage vehicle scheduling and align fleet availability with operational demand
  • Liaise directly with drivers, depot staff, and customers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
  • Prepare and oversee Journey Management Plans and ensure compliance with safety procedures
  • Track fuel movements, stock levels, and site requirements to support inventory management
  • Respond to scheduling changes, customer requests, and unplanned events in real-time
  • Maintain accurate operational and compliance records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fuel scheduling, transport logistics, or a similar operational role
  • Strong understanding of WA geography and regional fuel distribution challenges
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Solid understanding of fatigue management and heavy vehicle compliance
  • Proficient with scheduling and logistics systems (e.g. MTData, FleetOps, or similar)
  • Familiarity with mechanical operations and fleet maintenance planning (advantageous)
