People Data Analytics Manager

**About You and the Role**:
As our People Data Analytics Manager will use your extensive knowledge of data science and analytical concepts, principles and practices to develop pragmatic solutions for key stakeholders. You will also lead and direct the implementation of predictive analytics and statistics that improve decision making by predicting People trends and behaviour patterns.

**What you will do;**:

- Use knowledge of data mining techniques to interpret data into predictive analytics
- Use your business knowledge to extract insights from large sets of data
- Oversee and manage data quality assessment, data cleaning and data pre-processing practices
- Develop and implement high quality, pragmatic solutions
- Understand the People data and reporting requirements of key stakeholders
- Undertake customised analysis and reporting to support projects and initiatives
- Selecting, configuring and implementing analytics solutions
- Build relationships to develop an in-depth knowledge of the organisation
- Implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights
- Develop the analytics capability across the People function
- Provide insights and Return on Investment analysis to People strategies and initiatives, ensuring maximum leverage of internal and external data
- Lead, plan and monitor People team strategic dashboard in the 2-5-year horizon including data visualisations

**What we are looking for;**:

- 5+ years’ experience in a hands-on data science or analytics role
- Experience developing analytical plans for data modelling
- Experience in using multiple data science methodologies to solve complex business programs
- Experience in handling large data sets using a variety of databases in a business environment
- Experience using advanced analytical techniques in an environment with large and complex datasets.
