**The Role**
As the People Analytics Manager you will have responsibility for leading on and developing all operational aspects of the people and culture analytics function. You will be delivering the groups internal and external reporting requirements. Acting as a bridge between the wider people and culture team and the analytics function you will ensure alignment to the organisation’s strategic objectives. You will also have responsibility for managing all people data and be able to present complex information effectively to senior managers and board level stakeholders.
