**Individual Accountabilities**:

- Architect, design and build robust and scalable data infrastructures including ETL, Data Warehousing and Master Data Management
- Defining the frameworks, processes, and controls to manage and govern the development of scalable, reusable, automated data assets
- Delivery of automated reporting for Market Analysis, Customer SLA & Operational Effectiveness to SLT and Department Leads
- Own the group user data infrastructure and produce global data governance framework. Ensure defined SLAs are met and supported by high quality documentation
- Improve and support BI and reporting initiatives by working with senior stakeholders across the business
- Build and drive a high-performance culture in the data and analytics team by mentoring and developing staff
- Be accountable for the reporting process and BI data infrastructure. This Includes supporting documentation and code in source control
- Ensure systems are aligned with data management best practice and relevant privacy and security standards.
- Provide authoritative, high quality, accurate and timely advice in relation to all aspects of the organisation's data & analytics capability
- Act as an escalation point to ensure that best practice documentation is maintained, and data & analytics delivery issues are resolved through close collaboration with business stakeholders, ITS stakeholders and data & analytics platform team members
- Managing key vendor relationships for vendors that support the data & analytics platform

**Shared Accountabilities**:

- Create an environment of technology excellence within Data and Analytics domain, across engineering, design, architecture, project management and operations
- Work with the executive team to develop a data and analytics strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, IT and other key stakeholders globally to enhance the Analytical Model
- Determine data sharing principles and processes with internal and external stakeholders relevant for each user and data type and develop use of data policies for appropriate and ethical use of data.

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in building data analytics solutions and proposing reporting and insights solutions to the business.
- Proven track record of nurturing and growing an analytics team and function within a business. This extends to identifying individuals and technologies that support the goals of the business
- Demonstrated experience in database management, data reporting and analytics presentations for varied stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated experience with modern data infrastructure and platforms - ETL, Data Lake, Data Warehouses
- Having experience within supply chain management focused enterprises is advantageous. ERP experience highly regarded
- Demonstrably deep understanding of SQL, data warehouses, data pipeline and data orchestration tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Step Functions)
- Experience with BI Platforms, particularly PowerBI
- Familiarity with data analysis workflows, and experience managing analytical functions within a business.
