**About the role**:
We are searching for the next Louis Vuitton ambassador who will support our high performing Client Development team in ensuring our retail teams have the necessary tools and opportunities to cultivate strong client relationships, and continue cementing the brand's renowned reputation for delivering exceptional client journeys in store.

As Client Development Executive you will enhance the Louis Vuitton client experience through:

- **Client Insights -** extracting, and identifying key client data and working with store teams to ensure they have the right tools and resources to tailor our in-store experience accordingly.
- **Support client appointments in store -** Ensuring all store teams have the correct tools and resources to host store appointments for clients.
- Identify and develop processes to ensure the smooth and consistent operation of client appointments.
- Support retail teams in a broad range of appointment initiatives that will reach our client network.
- Support retail teams in the activation and implementation of key festive moments throughout the year including Christmas.
- Supplier relationships - maintain and manage relationships with service suppliers in order to elevate store appointments, and be the leaders in delivering an exceptional appointment and client centric culture.
- **Be a Louis Vuitton ambassador -** supporting with client and in-store events for the brand.

PROFIL

**Your Impact**:
We are looking for an **experienced client relationship development expert**, ideally with a background in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.

To ensure your success in the role, you will also bring:

- Relevant studies in Marketing / CRM / Business Administration
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- Proficient in use of Window Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Quick adaptation to a new software/system
- Time management skills
- A committed, flexible, and self-motivated attitude
