We're seeking a high-performing
Client Executive
to lead digital transformation for Tier-1 clients across Banking, Healthcare, and beyond.
Our client holds a genuinely unique position within their space with CIO relationship at Australia's most prestigious organisations. They have grown by 100% consistently over the last three years with revenue touching 8 figures.
You'll work alongside ex-Big 4 consulting leaders who are building Australia's most dynamic, fast-scaling digital consultancy.
As a client Exec you'll inherit a group of their largest accounts with significant growth potential and you'll be handed new business opportunities generated by their group business and partner network.
Role Profile
This is a strategic role for a proven
big hitter
with exceptional new business development skills, who thrives on building relationships and driving value in the digital transformation space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth:
Own and achieve revenue targets by developing and executing strategic plans for Tier-1 accounts. - New Business Focus:
Proactively engage with high-value opportunities, leveraging sourced leads and driving conversion to long-term partnerships. - Client Relationships:
Establish, nurture, and expand senior stakeholder relationships within Banking and Healthcare organisations to position [Company Name] as a trusted partner. - Consultative Selling:
Understand clients' business challenges, identify opportunities for transformation, and position tailored software development and digital solutions. - Pipeline Development:
Leverage leads and existing relationships while continuously identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. - Strategic Account Management:
Own end-to-end client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and the delivery of exceptional results. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal delivery, technical, and solution teams to align services with client needs and deliver measurable outcomes. - Thought Leadership:
This is an evangelical role in Banking, Healthcare, and digital transformation where you'll be educating clients and staying at the forefront of technology.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven Experience:
7+ years of experience in complex solution sales, business development, or client management within software development and digital transformation. - Industry Expertise:
Deep knowledge and networks within Tier-One Banking and/or Healthcare sectors would be a significant benefit. - New Business Acumen:
A proven track record of identifying, converting, and scaling new opportunities into substantial revenue streams. - Commercially Savvy:
Strong experience structuring complex deals and managing long sales cycles. - Client-Centric Approach:
Exceptional consultative selling skills with a demonstrated ability to understand and solve clients' business challenges. - Results-Driven:
A consistent history of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs. - Leadership:
Ability to lead client engagements with gravitas, credibility, and strong stakeholder influence. - Collaboration:
A team player who can work across internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations. - Big Hitter Mindset:
