The Consumer and Trade Division of ITW is Australia and New Zealand's leading supplier of fastener products and home to construction solutions across respected brands such as Zennith and Lane.

This role is based in Ingleburn, New South Wales with a hybrid working arrangement.

**What you can expect**

As a key member of our Customer Service Team your primary focus is to support the needs of ITW Consumer and Trade Division's existing customers, service internal sales for all customers and support the activities of the segment based external sales teams. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your experience and showcase your passion for Customer Service.

Some of the ways this role will support our strategy and plans:

- Receiving inbound customer sales enquiries and providing product information, support and pricing details.
- Processing sales orders and monitoring/managing progress through to dispatch and invoicing.
- Collaborating with segment sales teams and accounts receivable team to maintain customer databases including service critical contact details and interactions.
- Resolving customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.

**A bit about you**:
We're looking for an energetic self-starter who brings strong attention to detail and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong ability to multitask
- High level conflict resolution skills
