
Customer Service Rep, Entry

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a critical role as the first point of contact by offering achievable and sustainable solutions to their needs. This contact can be provided through CRM and Traverse system and / or phone calls and you will ensure that each interaction is attended to efficiently, professionally and within PPG guidelines
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establishing proactive and professional contact with customers providing accurate information on stock availability and delivery enquiries as appropriate
- Assist with processing credits as required, ensuring that due process is followed at all times
- Assisting other members within the customer service team.
- Attend product, system and skill training as required
**Qualifications**
- A natural problem solver and people person, you'll communicate well with stakeholders, customers and colleagues - online and on the phone.
- High level digital literacy with proficiency to navigate through multiple systems (SAP and CRM experience would be highly advantageous)
- You’re a critical thinker, always looking for improved solutions and ways of working
- You thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment, but also comfortable working autonomously.
- You'll put customers first and understand the value of building positive relationships - you're detailed and accountable for everything you do.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded
