Prime Trophies is a small business that has led the awards industry in WA for 18+ years. Included in our customer base are some of WA’s leading sporting organisations in all codes and major corporate firms.

**Job Summary**:
You will be at the forefront of our business, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers, scheduling incoming orders on excel, managing social media platforms and crafting engaging newsletters. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our sales and production teams, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales:

- Manage and track sales enquiries, provide product information, and guide customers through the purchasing process in liaison with our sales team.

Marketing:

- Develop and execute creative social media content across various platforms, reflecting our brand’s personality and engaging our audience
- Collaborate with our Marketing Manager to create and curate content for newsletters, keeping our subscribers informed about our products

Administrative Support:

- Receive incoming orders from various sources and accurately enter them onto our Excel schedules.
- Pro-actively communicate with customers to confirm order details
- Assist customers with order-related enquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Further education in administration, sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative tasks, data entry, or similar roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail, enabling you to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software; knowledge of graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, eager to take on challenges and contribute to the team's success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment to prioritise effectively.
