On behalf of our client Jay's Synthetic Grass Pty Ltd, we are advertising. Jay's Synthetic Grass Pty Ltd is looking for a Marketing Officer to join their team based in Malaga WA 6090.

Main duties/responsibilities:
1. Manage media channel promotions, including local newspapers, Facebook, Google, and other media outlets. Participate in the formulation and execution of advertising strategies, including outdoor advertising.

2. Participate in the collection of market information related to landscaping projects, product introductions, quotations, business negotiations, contract signings, payments, and post-project relationship maintenance. Understand, analyze, and provide feedback on market conditions, coordinate and handle any emergencies in the project execution process, and be responsible for solving any issues raised by the client

3. Regularly conduct sales data analysis, compile analysis reports, and submit them to the company manager.

4. Comprehensive responsibility for the daily management of the marketing department, actively communicate with the construction team, develop departmental monthly and annual plans, and conduct employee training.

Qualifications, skills, and experience:
1. Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

2. Certificate in marketing or similar.

3. Proven minimum 3 years experience in a marketing role.

4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

5. Strong organization and prioritization skills.

Base salary: on or above $74k per annum.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
