Field Operations Coordinator

e Field Operations Coordinator position is to:

a) Receive and process orders for approved deployment of metering equipment,

b) Maintain Choice Metering Databases "CMDB, WFMS, Zoho (Warehouse) and Cust systems"

i. Add/Edit Sites

ii. Assign/Report Assets

iii. Create/Report/Manage Jobs

iv. Process COES

c) Coordinate Commissioning of New sites in AMI system

d) Coordinate and plan work according to field staff availability and site/Client requirements,

e) Plan and Administer Installations of Electrical and Pulse Metering Solutions,

f) Schedule Field Technicians and ensure site access requirements are managed,

g) Receive and respond to Site and Implementation Managers communications,

h) Daily process completed field work,

i) Process contractor invoices: reconcile and approve,

j) Report monthly Field Operations activities for Invoicing,

k) Manage warehouse: receive/process/dispatch/deliver materials, maintain Asset database,

l) Respond to Client emails and calls,

m) Coordinate Site audits as per procedures, and

n) Coordinate Face to Face Contractor and Employee Audits: Workers.
