**Your new company**
Our client is an accomplished airport operator that owns and operates across all of Queensland. They are an Australian-owned company with a vision to engage customers, connect communities and deliver exceptional experiences. They are looking for a Support Analyst to join their team, during an exciting time of growth.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, the Support Analyst is responsible for providing customer focused support for employees and customers across the technology used within the organisation. These tools are both customer facing (laptops, PC’s, phones) but also internal (servers, network etc.) You will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, monitoring, and identifying and rectifying issues related to these wide arrays of products and infrastructures. Responsibilities:

- Investigation and resolution of issues that may also include performance monitoring, asset rebuilds
- Provide advice or training to users, by devising corrections for faults, making general or site-specific modifications, updating documentation, manipulating data
- The operation and control of the IT infrastructure (typically hardware, software, data & networks)
- Defines, documents and carries out small projects or sub-projects

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed as the Support Analyst, you will have the following skill set:

- Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience in support Microsoft Office365
- Knowledge and experience in supporting Cisco network infrastructure
- Knowledge and experience in supporting End User devices (laptops, mobile phones, etc.)
- Knowledge and experiencing supporting Cloud Services
- An understanding of cyber security principles and service management and delivery principles (ITIL)
