We are expanding our vetting capability and seeking experienced Security vetting Analysts who are ready to grow with us. The Role

As a Security Vetting Analyst, you'll assess cases across all clearance levels, provide expert advice, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and precision. Beyond casework, you'll have opportunities to contribute to our capability development - through quality assurance, training, mentoring, and shaping best practice.

We're looking for analysts who not only deliver high-quality outcomes, but who also want to help us grow - building a stronger, smarter vetting capability for the future.

What You'll Need

  • Demonstrated experience in security vetting
  • A passion for quality assurance and developing people capability
  • Certificate IV in Government Security (Personnel Security)
  • Australian Government Security Clearance (NV1 or above preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment under pressure
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
