Australian-owned airport operator looking for a Network Support Analyst.

**Your new company**
Our client is an accomplished airport operator that owns and operates across all of Queensland. They are looking for a Network Support Analyst to join their team, during an exciting time of growth.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, the Network Support Analyst provides 1st and 2nd level support to the companies’ network and communications systems. The role is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and monitoring any network and communication issues, pertaining to mobile devices, internet access, wireless networks, and wired network technologies, at the same time managing security vulnerabilities and performance issues, and responds to routine network communication queries from clients. Responsibilities:

- Performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor
- Assist in drafting and maintaining procedures and documentation for network support.
- Provide input in creation and maintenance of overall network plans, encompassing the communication of data, voice, text, and image
- Assist with the upgrade of the network, help co-ordinate this work with vendors, developing,

testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed as the Network Support Analyst, you will have the following skill set:

- Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- Graduate entry level telecommunications infrastructure experience
- PC, network, security, service management
- Ability to be able to travel between multiple sites to conduct network and communication related work
- Base knowledge of Networking and OSI model
- Be on-call for network and communication issues after hours
