Clayfield Veterinary Clinic and Albion Vet Surgery are seeking a highly motivated Business Manager with a passion for leadership to join our team.

For this position, you will be working 2 days within our Clayfield Vet Clinic and 3 days at Albion Vet Surgery.

We offer development via 1 on 1 mentoring, leadership academy & training and a vast support network to gain ideas and skills.

**About You**
- Clinical experience in Veterinary Nursing is advantageous
- A passion for Leadership and desire in developing a team and maintaining a healthy work culture
- Appropriate Certificate IV qualifications is desired but not essential
- An ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of the team
- Ezyvet experience advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated client relationship building skills
- A hard working and a hands-on approach to your work
- A willingness to get involved with energy and drive, and utilise nursing/customer service skills
- Effective time management and organisation skills

We want a Business Manager who will treat the patients like they are their own pet and help implement new ideas into our clinic A motivated team member who values work-life balance, team culture, security and collaboration.
