With a continual growth plan for expanding our portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, we have a **Full Time Storage Manager **role now on offer at our **Albion** centre. **The Role**: Our Storage Managers work collaboratively with their operations Manager and their team to drive centre performance whilst aligning to company values. The role is a multi-faceted role encompassing customer service, administration, operations & people management. We often say in storage that no 2 days are the same If you have ever wanted to take a plunge and help lead a team to success - now is the time Located on one of our main roads in inner Brisbane, our Albion facility is an all-internal based centre, with a wide range of storage solutions. We will provide all on the job training to help you become a Storage Guru in return, - day-to-day you will be responsible for the following: The responsibilities include: - Deliver and drive consistent and great service to support customers in making the best storage choice for their needs. - Work towards monthly sales and KPI targets - Coach and lead a small team of Store Consultants - Drive operational excellence with a strong focus on centre presentation and maintenance. - Commit to a safety-first culture, ensuring all compliance and administration tasks are completed in line with company policies. - Resolve customer complaints and enquiries and escalate any matters of support to Senior Management where required. - Monthly analysis and end of month reporting summarizing the center's financial performance per month. - Reporting directly to the Operations Manager regarding weekly & monthly updates/results - EOM Reporting and Ensuring centre KPI’s are driven. - Leading and managing your Storage Consultant to help drive the business to ensure success. - Drive Storage Sales to help growth in the local area. - Day - to-Day Running of the business to ensure that the facility maintains National Storage standards, and continually provide fantastic customer service to our clients. - Assisting & servicing the Commercial Customer Base to ensure their needs are met on a daily/weekly basis. - Be responsible for looking after the afterhours mobile phone - and to assist clients should any emergencies or issues pop up outside standard trade. (As this is an emergency line - there is a very low number of calls) - Action general administration duties such as rosters, leave requests and timesheets, customer contracts and inventory management. **About You**: - Prior 1 years’ experience within a management or supervisory role in a fast-paced environment - Proven ability in working towards sales targets and KPIs. - Foster relationships with team members and Senior Management whilst delivering a supportive and exceptional customer experience. - You have a motivated, proactive, and positive outlook with the willingness to learn and grow with the business. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. - Driver’s license and car (preferred) - Forklift license (desirable) **Benefits**: - Permanent role with no nights, Sundays, or Public Holidays - Set rotating Roster. - Full Training Provided - Lucrative sales incentive program - Access to company benefits such as paid parental leave and well-being subsidies such as employee assistant programs and health reimbursements. - Discounts available through a range of leading retailers - Onsite car park or available parking close by - Supportive & Focused Team Culture - Collaborative working environment with the opportunity to receive discretionary gift cards.
