Manageing Compounding Pharmacist

We're seeking a Managing Compounding Pharmacist with strong leadership and business acumen to guide our team and oversee all aspects of compounding and dispensary operations. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, clinically driven environment, managing workflow, mentoring staff, and maintaining the highest standards in compounding practice.

This role suits an experienced professional who blends technical mastery with strategic thinking — or a talented pharmacist ready to grow into a leadership position with support from our Formulae team.

Compounding Pharmacy Experience is preferred , and external training is offered in the package.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a skilled pharmacy and compounding team

• Oversee all dispensary and compounding operations with precision and compliance to maintain excellent customer service

• Ensure efficient, high-volume workflow and adherence to quality standards

• Manage business performance, workflow systems, and customer care excellence

• Collaborate with the Director to enhance innovation and service delivery

• Engage in continued professional development in hormones, peptides, and anti-ageing medicine

About You

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (AHPRA registration essential)

• Demonstrated experience in compounding and dispensary management

• Minimum 3-4 years of dispensary management experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills

• Team leader level experience in managing pharmacy staff

• Sound understanding of business management and team leadership

• Excellent IT literacy and familiarity with pharmacy management systems

• Proficiency in multiple pharmacy management systems

• Clinical knowledge or a desire to learn about bio-identical hormones and anti-ageing medicine
