We're in an exciting growth phase and are seeking a
Senior Accountant/Manager
who is looking to step up, lead a team, and contribute to the bigger picture.

The Role

As a Senior Accountant/Manager, you'll:

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and administrators.
• Manage a portfolio of SME clients, providing end-to-end tax and compliance services.
• Deliver high-level business advisory solutions, including structuring, cash flow, and growth strategies.
• Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Oversee workflow, ensure compliance with Australian tax legislation, and maintain quality control.
• Contribute to the firm's strategic direction as part of the leadership team.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings more than technical skills. You will:

• Be CPA/CA qualified (or equivalent) with 5+ years' experience in public practice.
• Have proven experience managing staff and client relationships.
• Be confident in Xero and related cloud-based tools.
• Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Have a proactive mindset and the ability to think strategically.
• Be passionate about delivering results and helping clients succeed.
