**Your role**
Our Global Human Resources department within RWE Renewables is looking for a Human Resources Manager Australia.
At RWE Renewables (RWER) you will have a dynamic job where relationship building, hands-on decision making and progression will be an integrate part of your daily work. In the role as Human Resources Manager Australia you will be responsible for the overall local HR support. The RWER Australia team is expanding and looking for entrepreneurial individuals with a growth mindset to join a fast-expanding team in a dynamic environment, as part of a larger global organization.
**Your future plans and responsibilities**
- Manage all day to day HR tasks and become the key local HR support for all HR related processes in Australia
- Work closely together with HR team located in Europe and act as interface between the local business and the headquarter
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are compliant
- Support the recruiting process
- Plan and conduct orientation of new employees to promote company performance goals
- Study and assess benefit needs and trends to establish competitive plans, making appropriate recommendations to the global HR team
- Align with external payroll provider to ensure timely & accurate payment of cash compensation, oversee payroll & benefits vendor activities
**Your profile**
- Successfully completed university degree (or equivalent)
- Several years of hands-on human resource management experience in Australia
- Familiar with Australian social security law, labor and employment law and payroll tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Solution-oriented mindset; display of a highly developed collaborative approach to problem solving
- Pioneer mindset with a passion to build a new organization within a global company framework
- High intercultural sensitivity, understanding of European and Australian business culture
- Business Fluent written and spoken English language skills, an additional language is of advantage
