Established for thirty-eight years and admitted into the Australian Export Awards Hall of Fame our Toowoomba-based client, Russell Mineral Equipment (RME), is the acknowledged world leader in grinding Mill Relining Systems. As an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), RME’s core competencies include quality design and manufacture as well as global distribution, after-sales service and mill relining and consulting services. Via a network of wholly-owned international subsidiaries, the organisation supports customers in more than 65 countries.

Based at the global Head Office in Toowoomba and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, primarily in the Marketing, Product Management and Customer Relationship arenas, in this role you will support the execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage customers, and generate leads. This will involve:

- Assisting with the execution of a range of internal events and product launches;
- Assisting with the Global Marketing Manager in the execution of a range of international and local conferences, internal events and product launches;
- Contributing to blog content creation and maintenance;
- Assisting in the development of marketing materials and presentations;
- Conducting research on industry trends and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies;
- Analysing marketing performance data and benchmark against industry standards to identify strengths and areas for improvement; &
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and maintain positive relationships, as well as negotiating contracts and pricing to optimize value and quality.

Naturally, you will be a keen team player with a flexible, hands-on approach to your work, and be able to demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills, strong computer literacy and well-developed administrative and follow-through skills.

A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is essential. Practical marketing or event management experience within a corporate environment and social media management experience will be a distinct advantage. Recent graduates and early-career marketing professionals are encouraged to apply.
