KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, drive lead generation, and
increase customer engagement
Create and manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and maximize ROI
media platforms
Develop and coordinate event materials to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance, using tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics, to
optimize and refine strategies
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices to identify new marketing
opportunities
Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and achieve company goals
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven marketing experience (can be for a job of your own personal project) with a focus on content
creation, social media advertising, and event materials
Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives conversions
Proficient in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot
Proficient in graphic design tools, such as Canva
Proficient in Wordpress
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and
independently
Creative thinker with a passion for discovering new ways to reach target audiences and promote brand
visibility
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset
Passion for agriculture, technology, and sustainability is a plus
