**About the role at Mirvac**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Capital Works Administrator **to join our Sydney Team. You will be responsible for supporting the Capital Works Project Management Team within Technical Services and is accountable managing and delivering the associated process and procedures in accordance with Integrated Investment Portfolio and KPI’s. Whilst effectively managing key stakeholder relationships in providing a consistent service offering.

**Responsibilities**
- Operations Enablement - Recommend and implement improvements to processes or systems that enable teams to achieve their goals
- Organisation and Administration - Manage the smooth operation of projects and cases including filing documents, scheduling appointments, and organizing files and documents

**Strengths**
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Learning agility - Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
