Job Description

As a Capital Works Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Capital Works Project Management Team within Technical Services.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and deliver associated processes and procedures in accordance with Integrated Investment Portfolio and KPIs.

  • Align with the Major Capital Works Framework, supporting the Program Coordinator, Capital Works PMs, External PMs, and internal teams.
  • Facilitate the Project Brief and Business Case sign-off process, ensuring all documentation is provided to raise budget in MRI.
  • Administer project financials and maintain documentation.
  • Provide support to Capital Works PMs and External PMs on procurement, invoicing, and payment queries, liaising with Mirvac's internal support team.
  • E nsure Capex project files are document-controlled and all approved/signed documents are in the correct folder locations.
  • Maintain all Excel tracker workbooks for project financials, invoice processing, and budget release.
  • Facilitate the Contract Admin process, liaising with External legal, Capital Works PMs, Tech Services GM, and CoSec.
  • Maintain the shared capex project mailbox, ensuring all requests have been actioned and organized into correct folders.
  • Administer the Project Closeout process and capture Contractor performance feedback in SharePoint Register.
