Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the delivery of capital works projects across the region.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Support project operations: Assist in management frameworks for projects and grants.
  • Prepare and review grant submissions, office communications and grant variations.
  • Provide input on strategic documents, master plans and plans of management.
  • Aid in planning and developing materials for the capital works program.
  • Analyse current projects for future planning and produce key reports.
  • Provide administrative support for project management systems.

You will work collaboratively with departments to achieve deadlines and manage various stakeholders.

Key requirements include a full driver's license, understanding of project methodologies and excellent communication skills.
