Our Communities business is currently seeking a Property Marketing Executive to join the NSW Marketing team on a 6 month, fixed term contract with potential further opportunities in the business beyond.

The Marketing Executive will assist in executing tactical marketing deliverables across our NSW Communities portfolio. This includes brand development and positioning, lead generation / nurturing, digital programs and launch to market programs.

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of marketing collateral, sales environments and tools, on and offline promotional planning and execution, events and data analysis whilst completing administrative tasks and complying with Lendlease’s operating policies and processes. The Marketing Executive will multi-task across several initiatives at once and will need excellent people / stakeholder management skills, project management skills and attention to detail.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager for NSW, this position also requires a close working relationship with the Property Marketing Manager and Development team. Other key internal stakeholders include Central Marketing Operations, Corporate Affairs, Social Sustainability and CRM Team so strong communication skills are needed.

You will bring relevant tertiary qualifications supported by several years’ experience in a similar role within the Property industry ideally within Communities. Experience launching new projects to market will be highly regarded. As you will be required to work in a highly collaborative way across a broad-cross section of the organisation, your well-developed stakeholder management skills will be paramount, as will your ability to think strategically, leverage your knowledge of digital channels and take ownership for business outcomes and opportunities.
